Hingham, MA 02043 Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Marina Yard Hand to join our team in Hingham, MA. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations and maintenance of the marina yard, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for boat storage and customer service. Responsibilities Assist with launching, hauling, and moving boats within the marina yard. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the marina grounds, docks, and equipment. Operate marina equipment such as forklifts, trailers, and other machinery safely and efficiently. Help customers with boat docking, launching, and retrieval as needed. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management. Assist with inventory management and organization of marina supplies and equipment. Follow all marina policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Support other marina staff with various tasks as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a marina, boat yard, or similar outdoor work environment preferred. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Good communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license required.
