Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and other specialized vehicles, to recover and transport a variety of vehicles. Securely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks following cargo securement protocols to ensure safety during transit. Conduct vehicle recovery towing, ensuring adherence to safety standards and proper handling techniques. Assist customers with roadside assistance needs, providing excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism. Follow all safety procedures related to vehicle loading onto tow trucks and mechanical repairs to prevent accidents or damage. Skilled in cargo securement protocols, safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks, and vehicle recovery towing techniques. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic laws. Ability to manage conflict effectively while providing exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of car towing procedures, load & unload processes, and safe operation of tow trucks including flatbeds helpful. We will train. Must be able to pass a background check
