Truck Driver's Job Purpose:

To deliver merchandise to customers in a matter that will optimize the company's resources, improve efficiency, help achieve the company's mission and goals while resulting in outstanding customer service.

Truck Driver's Job Duties:

Deliver product to and pick up product from specified locations. Verify all items listed on the work order or sales ticket are loaded and delivered. Fill out trip report completely and accurately. Observe OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations. Daily pre-trip inspection checking all lights and safety equipment. Report any needed repairs or special maintenance to your supervisor immediately. Constantly communicate with office staff when running late, delayed at a stop or for any reason that may cause tardiness to an appointment. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

A Class A license required along with a clean driving record. Minimum of one year experience preferred.
