Job Description
The Town of Northfield seeks a qualified individual to serve as Truck Driver/Laborer for the Highway Department. Duties include cutting/chipping brush, patching potholes, laying drains, sanding, and plowing streets of snow. Vehicle and machine maintenance experience preferred. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma; two years' experience operating heavy motor equipment and snowplowing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. MA Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class 2) and Hoisting License (2C) preferred or the Town will assist in acquiring licenses.
