NOW HIRING - LIGHT-DUTY TOW OPERATORS & CDL-A DRIVERS

Cruise Control Towing & Recovery is hiring. And before you keep scrolling because every company claims they're "hiring motivated individuals to join their fast-paced team," give us a minute. We're a towing company. We tow cars. We haul equipment. We help stranded people. We work in the rain, snow, heat, cold, traffic, mud, and occasionally places where you look at the GPS and wonder how the hell somebody even got a car in there. We're looking for Light-Duty Tow Operators and CDL-A Drivers.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Nothing unreasonable. Show up when you're scheduled. Show up on time. Take care of the truck. Do your pre-trip/post-trip Have the equipment you're supposed to have. Answer the radio or phone when dispatch is trying to reach you. Treat customers like human beings, even when they're having a terrible day. Secure what you're hauling like you actually want it to arrive at the same time you do. And please don't tell us, "I assumed someone else was doing it." If you can handle all of that, you're already off to a pretty damn good start.

LIGHT-DUTY TOW OPERATORS

Experience is great. We like experience. But we'll also take a good attitude, common sense, mechanical ability, reliability, and somebody willing to learn. (No Expierence Required) If you know the difference between a J-hook and Captain Hook, even better. You'll be towing disabled vehicles, accident vehicles, roadside calls and everything else this industry decides to throw at us on any given day. One call might be a simple tow from someone's driveway. The next call might leave you staring at a vehicle wondering, "How did they even manage to do that?" Welcome to towing. Commission is also available and required

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
