Job Description
MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve. You'll help safely transport participants to and from the center, appointments, and community activities while providing friendly and compassionate support. What You'll Do Safely drive participants to and from their homes, the center, appointments, and activities. Help participants safely get in and out of the vehicle. Keep the vehicle clean and complete daily safety checks. Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs. Assist center staff with activities, meals, and other daily needs. Provide assistance with personal care and bathroom needs when necessary. What You Need High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years old. At least 2 years of driving experience. Valid driver's license, registration, and insurance. Experience driving a van or transporting passengers is a plus. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable, responsible, caring, and able to communicate well. Spanish and English bilingual preferred. Ready to make a difference? Apply today!
