Job Description

Home Daily. No Touch, Drop & Hook. Brand New Equipment. TCM Trucking LLC is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated, 100% local trailer-shuttle route in Westminster, MA. You run pre-loaded trailers from the warehouse to store locations and bring the empties back — no unloading, no forklift work, no dock waiting, no customer contact. Drop and hook only, home every day.
Quick Facts Pay:
$200/shift base + $200 full-week bonus = up to $1,400/week Paid every Friday, direct deposit
Schedule:
6 nights/week, shift start time is 12:45 AM — home daily One route per driver, 2 runs per shift — you run the same route all week, then rotate to a new one. Some routes will be about 10 hours, others around 5 hours. Paid per completed route, not by the hour — flat pay regardless of that week's route No touch, drop & hook only Brand new equipment — 2027 day cabs and trailers Real support — dispatchers and managers are available when you need them, without micromanaging your run 1099 contract position Why Drivers Like This Route No touch, drop & hook only. You're not loading, unloading, or dealing with customers — swap trailers and go. Home daily. Predictable, local work — no over-the-road, no multi-day trips. You know what your night looks like before you start, and you're home after every shift. Brand new equipment. We're running 2027 day cabs and trailers, fully maintained, with a fuel card provided — you just drive. Straightforward pay. $200 flat for every shift you run, plus a $200 bonus for completing all 6 shifts in a week. No shift worked means no pay for that shift — but no penalties or write-ups, either. Paid by the route, not the clock. You're paid a flat rate for completing your assigned route — no time-tracking, no clock games. And since routes rotate weekly, you're never locked into the same drive time indefinitely. Real support, not micromanagement. Dispatchers and managers are there when you need them for issues or questions — they're not looking over your shoulder. The Work Safely shuttle already-loaded trailers from the warehouse to your assigned store Return empty trailers to the warehouse 2 runs per shift You run the same route all week, then rotate to a new one the following week Safely hook/unhook trailers and complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections A Typical Shift We run a tight, predictable process — you'll know exactly what to expect: 12:45 AM — Arrive at the yard and pre-trip your day cab 1:00 AM — Check in at the dispatch desk for your paperwork and a quick briefing on any changes Hook up to your assigned loaded trailer, pre-trip it, and verify and secure the load 1:30 AM — Out of the yard Drive to your assigned store, drop the loaded trailer, and hook to the empty Pre-trip the empty trailer and head back to the warehouse Quick inspection of the empty by our logistics specialist, then get assigned your next loaded trailer for the same store Repeat for your second run, then you're done. Schedule 6 nights per week (specific days assigned) Shift start time: 12:45 AM Pay Pay is per completed route, not per hour — your shift rate stays the same regardless of that week's route. $200 per shift you run plus a $200 bonus when you complete all 6 shifts in the week = Up to $1,400/week. Direct deposit, every Friday. No shift worked means no pay for that shift — no penalties, no write-ups, just straightforward pay for the work completed. What We're Looking For Valid CDL-A, minimum 1 year of experience Comfortable with overnight/early-morning hours Dependable — this route only works because every shuttle run supports store operations, and everyone downstream of it Ability to safely hook/unhook trailers and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections Contractor Terms - This is a 1099 contractor position. Ready to Talk? This route works best for drivers who want consistent, predictable overnight work and want to be paid well for showing up. If that's you, call 866-238-8473 — we'd love to talk.
