Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Car Hauler Driver and take on the exciting challenge of transporting vehicles across various routes with precision and professionalism. In this role, you will be responsible for safely hauling automobiles, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise in commercial truck driving will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service and safety. Duties Safely operate pick up truck and specialized equipment such flatbeds, or tankers to transport vehicles Load and unload vehicles using manual handling techniques, ensuring proper securing of freight according to FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations. Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems, planning optimal paths for timely deliveries across diverse locations. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any issues promptly. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, delivery records, and incident reports in accordance with FMCSA regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route changes, delivery statuses, or potential delays to ensure seamless logistics operations. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to automobile transportation and hazardous materials if applicable. Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driving Knowledge of logistics cargo handling, truck loading/unloading procedures Experience operating GPS navigation systems for route planning and real-time navigation adjustments. Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, hazard materials regulations, and safety protocols Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer service excellence. $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
