Rice Tire is accepting applications for a CDL Class B Delivery Driver! The successful candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering mounted tires from surrounding locations and writing up casings into Gtracs; serving as a route driver for a non-CDL employee allowing for road service work to be performed; picking up parts from parts suppliers as required; and providing assistance in the shop/warehouse on an as-needed basis. Candidate must be able to drive 26' box trucks. Normal Start time is 6am but could vary, must be able to start at 4am if needed.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend day.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to lift heavy loads up to 75-100 pounds. Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Must possess a valid DOT medical card or be able to become medically qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle.

Desired Qualifications:

Safety conscious, respectful, honest, strong work ethic, and enjoys being part of a team. Knowledge of various tire sizes and shop equipment

Pay Range:

$24.00 - $26.00/hr. +
