Job Description
Key Responsibilities Show up to the warehouse ON TIME daily, load assigned routes, and execute deliveries using our provided dispatching application. Transport and deliver mattresses and adjustable bases (ranging from Twin to King size) directly into customers' homes in a polite, professional manner. Perform removal of old bedding, ensuring all items are properly bagged and taped for disposal back at the warehouse. Complete occasional overnight routes, which involve loading two routes in the morning, executing the first route, staying overnight in a provided hotel, completing the second route the next morning, and returning to base. Maintain high delivery standards, as Mattress Firm is a detail-oriented account that tracks performance via customer surveys and strict on-time stop percentages. Requirements & Qualifications Valid Chauffeur's License and a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck. Strong physical stamina for lifting, loading, and carrying heavy bedding and adjustable bases with a helper. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Punctuality and strict adherence to route schedules and dispatch tech.
