Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Tow Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing prompt assistance to stranded motorists, and ensuring all towing operations adhere to safety and cargo securement protocols. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and other specialized vehicles, to recover and transport a variety of vehicles safely and efficiently. Secure vehicles properly using cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit. Perform vehicle assessments to determine the best recovery or towing method. Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks while adhering to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and ensuring their comfort and safety during roadside assistance. Follow all safety guidelines related to commercial truck driving, cargo handling, and vehicle recovery towing operations. Experience Valid commercial driving license, chauffeur's license or above, with experience in commercial truck driving and flatbed towing operations. Demonstrated ability in conflict management when dealing with distressed customers or challenging situations. Knowledge of cargo securement protocols and safe vehicle loading practices on tow trucks. $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
