Turn snow clearing into a rewarding experience that makes a difference. If you're a skilled driver who thrives on winters challenges, we want you on our team! Team Member Benefits Base pay of $24 - $26 per hour, depending on snow removal experience Paid Training Referral Incentive - Refer your friends and earn even more! Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability Duration Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs. Requirements Drive snow plow trucks to clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots Monitor weather conditions and road surfaces to ensure timely and effective response Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning Must be at least 18 years of age or older Valid Chauffeur's License (company will assist in acquiring one) Valid MDOT (company will assist in acquiring one) Smart Phone DJ's Landscape Management is a drug-free workplace.
