We're on a hunt for on-call Seasonal Snow Salt Truck Drivers! If snowflakes make you smile and teamwork is your middle name, we want you. Be part of our winter road warriors to keep the roads safe and clear from November till the last snowflake. Punctuality and dependability are our secrets to success! Team Member Benefits Competitive base pay: $28 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and license CDL A or CDL B w/ Air Brakes Paid Training Referral Incentive - Refer your friends and earn even more! Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability Duration Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs. Requirements Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards Positive attitude and willingness to work in challenging weather conditions. Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation Must be at least 18 years of age or older Valid CDL A License or CDL B w/ Air Brakes with no restrictions required Valid MDOT (company will assist in acquiring one) Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed Smart Phone DJ's Landscape Management is a drug-free workplace.
