We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused CDL-A Delivery Driver to join our team in the Escanaba, Michigan area.

Job Overview Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday (5 days a week).

Equipment:

Semi-tractor and flat-bed trailer.

Route:

Local deliveries to various customers throughout the western Upper Peninsula area. The delivery area is divided into zones, with specific delivery days designated for each zone.

Home Time:

Home daily! Key Responsibilities Safely operate a semi-tractor and flat-bed trailer loaded with stock structural steel and miscellaneous fabricated steel items. Secure and protect cargo; must be experienced and comfortable with hauling strapped and tarped loads. Provide exceptional service and maintain a positive relationship with our regional customers during drops. Problem-solve efficiently on route and manage scheduled daily deliveries effectively. Position Requirements Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A). Minimum of 2 years of driving experience is preferred. Proven experience safely hauling, strapping, and tarping heavy loads. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Guaranteed Hours:

32 hours per week guaranteed.

Overtime:

Paid for any time worked over 8 hours per day.
