About the Job We're looking for a dependable driver who can think for themselves, take initiative, and has basic mechanical aptitude. This is a hands-on, independent role—great for someone looking to start a new career, learn a trade, and build real skills. We're willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Safely operate roll-off/dumpster trucks (non-CDL/Chauffeur licensed, as applicable) Deliver, pick up, and haul containers to homes, businesses, and job sites Perform daily inspections and basic troubleshooting (fluids, lights, tires, etc.) Secure loads and follow all safety rules and company procedures Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers Keep the truck clean, presentable, and job-ready What We're Looking For Valid Chauffeur's License or ability to obtain one (required) Clean driving record and responsible driving habits Reliable, on time, and ready to work Strong common sense & initiative — can work with minimal supervision Mechanical aptitude — comfortable checking fluids, lights, and spotting minor issues Physically able to do the job (climbing in/out, tarps, chains, uneven ground, outdoor work) Willingness to learn and improve — we'll train the right person Nice to Have (Not Required) Roll-off, dumpster, waste hauling, towing, construction, or equipment experience Basic truck maintenance knowledge Experience driving larger vehicles (box truck, dump truck, flatbed, etc.)
