Senior Services' Seasons Adult Day Health Services is looking for a caring, dependable On-Call Transportation Driver to provide safe, door-to-door transportation for older adults. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people and wants flexible hours in a meaningful role. Availability Are you available to work Monday through Friday? Are you willing to work additional hours or come in on short notice when business needs arise? About the Job As an On-Call Transportation Driver, you'll help seniors travel safely to and from our Seasons Center as needed. You'll provide friendly assistance, ensure comfort for riders using walkers, wheelchairs, or oxygen, and promote a positive experience with every trip. Key Responsibilities Provide safe, courteous transportation for seniors to and from the Seasons Center Assist clients with mobility devices (walker, wheelchair, cane, or oxygen) Perform daily vehicle inspections and refuel as needed Maintain accurate route sheets and client transport records Communicate promptly with staff about route changes or client concerns Provide rides for participants on an "as needed" basis throughout the day Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and agency policies Qualifications Valid Michigan driver's license and chauffeur's license Clean driving record required Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor Comfortable assisting individuals with mobility challenges Must pass a criminal background check and driving test Why You'll Love Working With Us Flexible, on-call schedule — perfect for retirees or those seeking part-time work Meaningful, community-focused role helping seniors stay active and independent Supportive, respectful work environment with an organization that values compassion and reliability Schedule On-call, flexible hours (as needed) Monday-Friday only!
