Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and efficiently route pickups and deliveries
- Operate a flatbed tow truck to pick up vehicles from designated locations.
- Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of vehicles to prevent damage.
- Create and follow established routes and schedules for efficient pickups.
- Log pick ups and drop offs in the system of record.
- Complete accurate paperwork, document vehicle conditions, and take required photos.
- Maintain a clean and organized tow truck and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers.
Qualifications:
- Valid Chauffer's license
- Previous towing experience required
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to towing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must maintain a clean appearance .
Requirements:
- 23 years of age minimum (insurance required).
- Clean driving record.
- Obtain a DOT medical card
- Physical ability to perform the tasks associated with towing.
- Working cell phone
