Mechanical knowledge Waste transport Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver/semi driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating roll-off/ semi trucks and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of waste materials. This role requires a strong understanding of various truck types and the ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary. If you have experience in commercial driving and possess mechanical knowledge, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate roll-off trucks, ensuring safe transport of materials to designated locations Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and pickups Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues encountered Skills Strong driving skills with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Previous experience as a delivery driver is an advantage Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues is beneficial Join our team as a Roll Off/semi Driver and contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring safety on the road.
