We are looking for experienced Snow Plow and/or Salt Truck Drivers for the upcoming snow season to service commercial properties only . We have both plow trucks and salt trucks , and candidates do not need experience operating both. If you have experience operating either a snow plow truck OR a salt truck , we encourage you to apply. Experience operating both is a plus. All trucks and snow removal equipment are provided by the company. You do not need to provide your own truck or equipment. The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently operate snow removal or de-icing equipment to keep commercial parking lots and access areas clear and safe during winter weather conditions. Candidates must be reliable and dependable . This is a seasonal, on-call position and is a great opportunity for seasonal workers or anyone looking to earn extra income during the winter months. This position requires prior experience , a strong understanding of vehicle operation, winter safety procedures, and basic equipment maintenance. This position is paid under a W-9 ( 1099 independent contractor ) Hourly rates begin at $28.00/hr , with higher pay available depending on experience Responsibilities Operate snow plow trucks and/or salt trucks to clear snow or apply salt/de-icing materials at designated commercial properties Safely navigate and operate equipment in winter weather conditions Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plow or salt truck equipment Apply salt or de-icing materials evenly when assigned to salt operations Coordinate with team members to prioritize routes and ensure timely snow and ice management Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment after each shift Follow all safety procedures related to vehicle operation, snow removal, and hazardous winter conditions

MUST-HAVES

2+ years of experience operating a snow plow truck and/or salt truck Strong knowledge of safe vehicle and equipment operation in winter weather conditions Chauffeur's license is required Must be available during snow events — day or night and on-call Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must have reliable transportation to our Washington Township office You do NOT need experience operating both plow and salt trucks. Experience with either one qualifies you to apply. These seasonal positions may lead to full-time employment in spring 2027.
