Compensation :

Starting at $24.00+ and will go up with experience. Apprentice Mechanics will start at a lower wage until training is completed. Benefits package : $340 monthly cafeteria allowance, health, HSA, FSA, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, hospitality, critical, PTO, 401K. Boot and Prescription Safety Glasses allowance. About the position : Full-time. Diagnose, maintain, and repair Reefer units. Maintain accurate records of all inspections, maintenance, and repair work performed. Ensure timely submission on work orders. Communicate effectively with the Reefer Service Manager and/or the customer on what work needs to be performed.

Required :

Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts, work in various environmental conditions, operate forklift, and have knowledge of Reefer units (or HVAC/Diesel). A valid Driver's License is required for this position for rotating on call schedule. Tools are required. We have a tool assistance program for those who need tools.
