Albert Lea Seed House is seeking a Transfer Driver (Class A) to transport seed inventory between our warehouse facilities. This role combines driving with hands-on warehouse work in a fast-paced agricultural environment. What You'll Do Drive a Class A semi (and occasionally panel truck) to transfer seed inventory between multiple warehouse locations Load, unload, and move inventory using a forklift and manual handling Manually pick and handle seed bags (frequent lifting up to 50 lbs) Accurately document all inventory movements using a tablet/ERP system Coordinate with office and warehouse staff to prioritize transfers Assist with general warehouse operations including stocking, mixing, and bagging seed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow all company policies and state/federal regulations related to seed handling and transportation What We're Looking For Valid CDL - Class A Forklift certification or willingness to become certified Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious Agricultural background or interest preferred; knowledge of regenerative/sustainable practices is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly Standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and climbing as needed Comfortable working in uncontrolled climates (heat, cold, dust) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Why Albert Lea Seed House? Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 44.0 per week
