Job Description
Job Summary True North Sanitation is a family-run residential hauler serving Albertville and nearby communities. We're looking for a dependable, safety-minded driver to join us part-time. If you take pride in doing the job right — safely, on time, and with a friendly face for our customers — we'd like to hear from you. We're a small local operation, not a big corporate hauler. That means no dispatcher rushing you through an impossible route, no getting thrown in cold on day one, and a brand-new truck instead of a worn-out one. What you'll do: Operate a McNeilus Rear Loader--our fleet is brand new and we prioritize maintenance. Work a consistent weekly schedule — same days each week, early morning starts Cover a manageable local route at a safe, steady pace — no unrealistic quotas Represent True North on the street: courteous, professional, and happy to lend a hand What we're looking for: Valid Class B CDL. Existing DOT medical card or ability to get one (we will cover card acquisition/renewal costs) Clean driving record and a genuine safety-first mindset. Dependable and punctual — our customers count on service the same day, every week Friendly, customer-focused attitude — great service is what sets us apart Experience preferred, but not required; we'll train you properly on our equipment and routes What we offer: Competitive pay at $30-$35/hour. Guaranteed minimum 8 hours pay for any day worked.
