We are seeking reliable and experienced Dump Truck Drivers to join our team for immediate hire. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of equipment and materials. This is a full-time position based in St. Louis and Carlton County, MN.

Duties:

• Safely operate and drive various types of dump trucks to transport/deliver materials
• Load and unload materials using equipment such as loaders, excavators, skid steers, etc.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for safe transportation of goods
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Dump Truck Driver or similar role
• Manual transmission endorsement
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, loaders, excavators, skid steers, etc.
• Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate various road conditions
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
