Our experienced team is dedicated to providing high-quality repairs and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Summary We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Davis Auto Body. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles to our shop while providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to the repair shop. Assist customers with vehicle recovery and ensure a positive experience. Perform vehicle inspections prior to towing to assess any potential issues. Maintain accurate records of towing activities and vehicle conditions. Communicate effectively with customers regarding the towing process and estimated arrival times. Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely vehicle delivery for repairs. Requirements • Proven experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
