Job Description
Riley Dairy Transport LLC is a small startup company leased to Litchfield Shipping inc. in Litchfield MN. We currently operate 2 trucks mainly in the 5 state area. We haul reefer trailers, mostly cheese and other dairy related products. We do a mix of drop and hook and live loads. This is a M-F position. Most drivers get home Thursday night-Friday noon. May also get home for the night during the week. The truck you will be driving is a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia with a freshly deleted DD15. This truck will be traded off for a new one at the end of the year. Probably a KW680 or Pete 579. Trucks are well maintained. Our pay structure is as follows- 25% of the line haul. Pay every other Thursday. This works out well for the driver. My other driver just had his best week at just over $2100 for 1 week. I will be offering a quarterly safety bonus of $600. As we grow and add more trucks, we can offer more tangible benefits. Our workplace is very laid back, easy to get along with. Time off is not a problem with notice. Lets work together and make something happen!
