Job Overview Home every weekend!! (Regional) Home every night!! (local) Designated routes! We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver to join our transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers and various specialized trucks to deliver freight efficiently across designated routes. Your expertise in handling different types of trailers—including refrigerated, and tractor-trailers—will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills, manage load & unload operations, and contribute to our commitment to reliable service. Duties Safely operate a variety of trucks including manual transmission vehicles, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks for scheduled deliveries and pickups Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary Deliver freight accurately along assigned routes, adhering to delivery schedules and traffic laws Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, routes, and delivery documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly Qualifications Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record Experience operating tractor-trailers and various specialized trucks such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles preferred but not Demonstrated ability to load & unload freight safely and efficiently Familiarity with route driving and delivery driver experience is highly desirable Ability to operate forklifts or other loading equipment (certification preferred) Strong understanding of safety protocols related to commercial driving and cargo securement Join us as a CDL A Truck Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
