Job Description
This is a FT position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality, safe, and timely work. We will begin training from day one, and it will be ongoing to ensure you know what you're doing. You will do everything from tire changes, accidents, and vehicle impounding. We are the preferred AAA provider for our area, and we service multiple insurance companies. We provide light duty towing only, so there is no need for a CDL. Additionally, we provide service for local, county, and state police departments. We have a second location which we opened in January of 2025, and this location has provided access with customers in the Prior Lake, Savage, Burnsville, and Lakeville areas. This demographic is quite large and provides a large call volume. This FT position provides a great income, but the compensation is based on work completed. The more work you complete the more you make. If you are looking for guaranteed money, where you get paid whether you're working or not, then please do not apply. Our team works well together, and we need someone who shows up on time, "Gets moving" when jobs are up, and someone who takes pride in working together with others. It's a team! Again, this is a production business, so you will get out of it what you put into it. The "compensation" listed is a range from our lowest producers, to our current staff who get the work done. We prefer experience but will train the right individual. A clean driving record is a must. Our expectations are pretty simple.
