About the Job MEI Inc. is hiring dependable Weekend Package Delivery Drivers to support FedEx Ground operations. Drivers dispatch from the Rosemount terminal and deliver throughout the Burnsville area. This role is fast‑paced, physical, and perfect for someone who enjoys working independently while staying active.

• Key Responsibilities
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses with accuracy and care
• Follow all FedEx and MEI safety, handling, and delivery procedures
• Lift and carry packages 20-50 lbs (up to 160 lbs with equipment)
• Maintain professional appearance (uniforms provided)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Complete routes efficiently and on time

• Requirements
• Must be 21+ (alcohol deliveries)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass:
• Drug test
• DOT physical
• Driving test
• Background check
• Must be able to work Saturday AND Sunday
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to lift and carry packages
• One year of commercial driving experience (Uber, Lyft, courier, pizza delivery, trucking, etc.)
• OR willingness to complete MEI's driver training program
• Work Location In person — dispatch from Rosemount FedEx Ground terminal.
