Local Class A CDL Driver - Hopper Bottom Ben R. Brown Trucking Inc. is seeking a dependable and professional Class A CDL Driver to join our team. Established in 1996, we have a long history of providing safe and timely service to our customers across the Four States area. If you are looking for a driving career with a stable, family-oriented company that balances consistent work with your personal life, this is the position for you.Job Highlights Home Several Nights Per Week :
Most routes are regional/local.Top-Tier Equipment:
Operate well-maintained tractors and Hopper Bottom trailers. Most of our trailers are equipped with electric tarps to reduce manual labor and increase safety.Primary Freight:
Hauling agricultural commodities and industrial materials, including wheat midds, corn, 21% Monocal, and other dry bulk materials.Service Area:
Primarily operating within a 250-mile radius of Joplin, MO . This includes regular routes in Carthage, MO , and Jasper, MO , with deliveries extending into neighboring states (AR, OK, KS). Key Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination in various weather and traffic conditions. Manage the loading and unloading of bulk commodities using hopper bottoms. Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status and equipment needs. Adhere to all DOT safety regulations and company policies.Requirements Experience:
Minimum 3 years of Class A driving experience.License:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).Clean Record:
A safe driving record with no major recent violations.Professionalism:
