Dedicated Driver Overview Strong annual pay with consistent miles. Dedicated company drivers earn up to $94,000 per year, earning 58CPM on ALL MILES, running a weekly average of 2,500-3,000 miles. Plus, earn a 2CPM monthly fuel and safety incentive.

Most loads are drop and hook and preloaded, with some occassional live loads or unloads for a backhaul lane. Bonus to get you started. Earn a $1,500 transition bonus paid out within your first six months, plus $500 in orientation pay to kick things off right. High earnings for peak seasons. This is a holiday heavy position. Nights and weekends may be required, especially during back to school and peak winter holiday season. Currently hiring in select markets. Positions available for drivers within 50 miles of Topeka, KS and Kansas City, MO. Company Driver Benefits Full benefits coverage. Referral program that adds up. Earn $4,500 for every driver you refer with no cap on earnings.
