Compensation Pay Rate:

$25.00/hour Overtime pay after 40 hours What You'll Do Drive a CDL B 22'-24' flatbed truck with a conveyor belt Deliver bundles of shingles to job sites within a 50-mile radius Unload and load shingles using forklift or by hand Lift up to 90 lbs. regularly Assist in warehouse duties when not driving, including pulling customer orders and warehouse upkeep Work with automatic transmission trucks and conveyor systems Complete 3-10 stops per day Maintain safety and compliance standards Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Rarely work half a day on Saturdays Overtime as needed, typically 2-5 hours per week What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience with a valid CDL B license Warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus but will be trained Clean background, no recent felonies in last 10 years Knowledge of DOT regulations and a current DOT medical card Ability to lift for extended periods and work physically demanding tasks No recent major violations or accidents, meeting MVR/PSP requirements Why You'll Love Working With Us Benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Wellness programs, PTO, and holiday pay Profit sharing and year-end bonuses End-of-year paid shutdown Opportunities for pay increases and promotions Pace Driver's, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
