Seasonal Route Driver (September-December Harvest Season) We are seeking dependable, safety-focused drivers with experience towing bumper-pull trailers. This position requires someone physically capable of loading, stacking, and unloading 150 to 250 bags per day, with each bag weighing approximately 25-35 pounds. This is a dedicated daily route where consistency, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential. Timely pickups and deliveries are critical to maintaining efficient operations throughout the harvest season.

Position Requirements:

Experience safely towing bumper-pull trailers. Ability to repeatedly lift and move 25-35-pound bags throughout the day. Capable of loading, stacking, and unloading 150-300 bags daily. Strong work ethic with a commitment to dependable, on-time service. Excellent attention to safety and care of equipment.

Route Details:

Average of approximately 300 miles per day throughout the region. Typical workday of 10-11 hours . Daily pickup and delivery schedule requiring reliability and consistency.

Seasonal Employment:

This is a seasonal position running from September through December during harvest season. Applicants should be available to work throughout the entire season and be prepared for a physically demanding, fast-paced work environment.
