Average weekly gross around $1,200 to $1,500, with mileage pay based on your experience Guaranteed minimum pay on shorter customer-to-customer loads, so short runs still pay fair Detention pay at $12.50 per hour after the first two hours, plus $100 per day if you're laid over or broken down The Drive to Thrive bonus adds up to 3 CPM based on safety and productivity, starting your first full month on the job A $3,000 sign-on bonus, split $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at 6 months

Requirements:
21 years old or older Valid driver's license in the US or territories for the last 12 consecutive months Current Class A CDL issued by only one state At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience (40ft+) in the last 36 months, or Extended Road Test eligibility with 6 months in the last 5 years or 12 months in the last 10 No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no preventable accidents in 5 years, no more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years (5 if before holding CDL-A) Must pass hair follicle and urine drug testing and DOT physical Want to earn even more? Drivers with a year of OTR experience can step into a trainer role, with guaranteed weekly pay plus mileage bonuses that can add $20,000 or more a year.
