Job Description
Responsible for the direct transportation of physically limited passengers to and from their destinations. Involves constant interaction with participants, caregivers and community service providers. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and operate handicapped accessible vehicles. Only act within the scope of his/her authority to practice. Good communication skills. Meets a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by StayWell Senior Care and approved by CMS before working independently. Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date. Must have a valid NC Driver's License and good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
