Compensation and Benefits Guaranteed income:

Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.

Base rate:

$0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.

Accessorial pay:

$20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover and breakdown compensation.

Sign-on bonus:

$1,500 paid over three months.

Qualifications and Requirements License:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).

Driving record:

Clean Motor Vehicle Record and an active Department of Transportation medical card.

Experienced route:

At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.

Entry-level route:

Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
