We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals based in or near the Cape Fear region of North Carolina who want a reliable career, not just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.
Compensation and Benefits Guaranteed income:
Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.Base rate:
$0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.Accessorial pay:
$20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover and breakdown compensation.Sign-on bonus:
$1,500 paid over three months.Full benefits:

401(k) plan with a 5% company match.Routes and Equipment Predictable schedule:
Regional lanes east of I-35 with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.Premium trucks:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).Driving record:
Clean Motor Vehicle Record and an active Department of Transportation medical card.Experienced route:
At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.Entry-level route:
Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
