This position is responsible for safely operating company moving trucks, leading moving crews on residential and commercial jobs, and ensuring customers receive a high-quality moving experience from start to finish always carrying out the companies standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, moving or labor experience, the ability to stay organized under pressure, and a commitment to professionalism and customer service. Crew Leaders are expected to lead by example, maintain efficiency on job sites, communicate clearly with both customers and team members, and help create a positive team environment.
