Landscape Crew Member & Driver Position

Full‑time | Monday-Friday | Pay DOE Growing Edge Landscape & Design is hiring a dependable Landscape Crew Member & Driver to support our field production teams. This role combines hands‑on landscape installation work with safe, responsible operation of company vehicles. About the Role As a Landscape Crew Member & Driver, you will help transport the crew to job sites, assist with installation tasks, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Reliability, teamwork, and safe driving habits are essential. Key Responsibilities Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites Assist with landscape and hardscape installation , plantings, mulching, grading, and general labor Load, unload, and secure tools, materials, and equipment Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and job sites Follow daily schedules and instructions from the Crew Leader Support a positive, respectful, team‑focused work environment Qualifications Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Experience in landscape or construction installation is a plus (not required) Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (hours may vary by season) 40 hours per week, 8- or 10-hour shifts or combination Pay based on experience (DOE) Opportunities for growth within the company Why Join Growing Edge Consistent weekday schedule Supportive team environment Opportunities to build skills in landscape and hardscape installation

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
