Controls:
Safely operate front-end loading trucks and hydraulic fork systems to lift and empty commercial waste containers across the Weldon area.
Master Commercial Routes:
Navigate local commercial sites, business parks, and tight urban spaces with care and efficiency. Represent the
Brand:
Deliver friendly, dependable service as the direct face of GFL to our commercial business partners.
Drive Safety First:
Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain optimal safety and truck performance.
Stay Connected:
Communicate closely with dispatchers and operations teams to solve route challenges on the fly. 🎯 What We're Looking For Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Experience:
1+ years of commercial driving experience (front-load, waste industry, or heavy vehicle experience is a major plus!).
Precision Skills:
Comfortable operating joystick controls and hydraulic lifting mechanisms in varied environments.
Safety Mindset:
Uncompromising commitment to safety guidelines, vehicle upkeep, and road regulations.
Physical Readiness:
Ability to step in and out of the cab frequently and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 📍
