Pay $140-$190/day base $130/day during 90 day probationary period $120/day during 7 day training Why you'll like this job Predictable start: 8:00 AM; typical shift 8-10 hrs Company vehicle, fuel, uniforms, and scanner provided (no personal vehicle) Local routes in Wilson Paid training + fast start (most drivers route within 5 days of hire) Weekly pay + benefits: [medical/vision/dental/PTO/401k match] What you'll do Deliver 90-160 packages/day to homes & businesses using a step-van Operate a scanner for navigation, proof of delivery, and route updates Lift/carry up to 150 lb with equipment Provide friendly, professional service and safe driving in all weather Must-haves Age 21+ with valid driver's license; clean MVR (no DUI or recent accidents) Eligible to work in the U.S.; pass background check & drug screen (no felonies) Comfortable on your feet, climbing in/out of a vehicle throughout the day Weekend/holiday availability during peak season Nice-to-haves CDL A Previous route delivery, warehouse, rideshare, or courier experience Familiarity with Wilson, NC Who we are We are Ark Services, an independent service provider contracting with FedEx .
