The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the dump truck. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage various types of freight. Schedule Monday-Friday 5AM-6PM Responsibilities Operate an automatic transmission dump truck to transport materials such as gravel, sand, or construction debris to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time logs and material quantities. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving in various weather conditions. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site managers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times. Skills Proven experience driving dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles. Excellent navigation skills and knowledge of local roadways. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors. Commitment to safety standards and practices in all aspects of driving.
