Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday with rotating on-call nights and weekend coverage Job Description Valor Towing & Transport is seeking a dependable, professional, and safety-focused Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. CDL is preferred but not required. Previous towing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Safely operate wheel lift and rollback tow trucks. Respond to roadside assistance and accident recovery calls. Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely. Complete required paperwork and digital documentation. Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic equipment maintenance. Provide courteous and professional customer service. Qualifications Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL preferred, but not required. Must successfully pass a background check. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to random drug testing. Ability to safely operate towing equipment or willingness to learn. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Must live in or near the Leland, NC area to meet response times for on-call assignments.
