Job Purpose The Warehouse Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate and timely delivery, pickup and relocation of equipment to customer locations. This role ensures all deliveries are completed professionally while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Safely deliver, pickup, and relocate equipment and accessories. Operate delivery vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policy. Verify all equipment, accessories, and documentation match customer orders prior to delivery. Load, unload and secure equipment to prevent damage during transport. Complete delivery paperwork accurately and report any discrepancies or damages. Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service when interacting with customers. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience Requirements A minimum of one to two years as a driver/delivery person.
Additional skills required:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Skilled in driving 15-20-foot trucks with lift gate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, occasionally in urgent situations. Working Environment Requires standing, walking, reaching, stooping. May require occasional lifting up to 75 pounds. Exposure to heat, cold, and fumes in open warehouse.
