McGill Environmental Systems is hiring a CDL A Driver to support our compost manufacturing and transportation operations. The Role As a CDL A Driver at McGill, you'll help transport organic materials and finished compost products between customer locations and company facilities. Your work supports a process that transforms organic waste into valuable products that improve soil health, support agriculture, and promote environmental sustainability. This is a position for drivers who value safety, professionalism, and reliability. You'll be entrusted with operating company equipment safely while representing McGill on the road and at customer locations. What You'll Do Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, dump trailers, roll-offs, and walking floor trailers Transport organic materials, yard waste, and finished compost products Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete required DOT logs, inspection reports, and load documentation Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and operations teams Ensure loads are secured and transported safely Assist with loading and unloading activities when needed Deliver excellent customer service at all locations Why Drivers Choose McGill At McGill, you're not just hauling freight—you're helping support a cleaner, more sustainable future.
