Company Overview Family owned and operated, Position is for sister company called Nine Bears LLC Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quad Axle Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will operate heavy-duty dump trucks equipped with five axles to transport materials across construction sites and job locations. Your expertise will help ensure timely deliveries and support the successful completion of various building projects. Responsibilities Safely operate a quad axle dump truck to haul materials such as gravel, dirt, asphalt, and other construction aggregates. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the truck's mechanical integrity and safety compliance. Load and unload materials efficiently at different job sites, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate logs of daily trips, loads, and delivery details for record-keeping purposes. Communicate effectively with site managers and team members to coordinate delivery schedules. Assist with basic maintenance checks on the truck and report any mechanical issues promptly. Follow all safety guidelines related to heavy equipment operation and construction site protocols. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy trucks and construction equipment. Proven experience in commercial driving, especially operating dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles. Familiarity with excavator, dozer, loader, backhoe, grader, water truck, horizontal drilling equipment, tanker trucks, and paving machinery is a plus. Construction site experience demonstrating knowledge of safety procedures and site operations. Knowledge of construction materials transportation regulations and best practices.
