Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tow Truck Driver and become a vital part of roadside assistance and vehicle recovery operations. In this energetic role, you will operate specialized tow trucks to assist stranded motorists, recover vehicles from accident scenes, and ensure safe transportation of vehicles across various locations. Your expertise in vehicle mechanics, driving, and customer service will drive our commitment to swift, reliable service. Duties Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and vehicle recovery towing units, to assist stranded or disabled vehicles Perform vehicle load & unload procedures following cargo securement protocols to ensure safe transportation Conduct basic vehicle troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs to prepare vehicles for towing or transport Execute automotive diagnostics and automotive repair tasks to assess vehicle conditions before recovery or delivery Follow safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks, adhering strictly to safety standards and mechanical knowledge requirements Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and offering professional assistance during roadside emergencies Assist with cargo securement protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations during vehicle transport Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving and car towing with a focus on safety and efficiency Skilled in operating flatbed tow trucks and other specialized tow truck equipment for vehicle recovery towing Ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations Knowledge of cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit Excellent driving skills with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and manual transmission experience preferred Familiarity with vehicle mechanics for truck drivers, including understanding of automotive repair processes and safety standards Join us as a Tow Truck Driver and bring your passion for automotive work, mechanical expertise, and customer service skills into a role that is as rewarding as it is vital.
