Overview Three21 Landscape Supply in Youngsville, NC is looking for a Class A CDL Delivery Truck Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting bulk and pallet materials from our vendors to our yard as well as our customers while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining excellent customer service. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, combined with your knowledge of FMCSA regulations is crucial. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers, including flatbed/ dump trailers, flatbed trucks, forklifts, and adhering to all DOT and FMCSA regulations. This position requires operating all company vehicle sizes from pick up truck to tractor-trailer. Load and unload bulk materials like mulch, rock, sand with precision. Deliver freight to designated locations while maintaining compliance with safety standards. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure truck safety, including checking for mechanical issues related trailer condition. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports in accordance with DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with sales counter team to coordinate route adjustments or address delivery issues promptly. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial truck driving, especially with flatbed and dump trailers. Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules. Experience with loading and securing palletized materials. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to material transportation. Landscaping or green industry experience is a preferred but not required. Front end loader and forklift experience preferred but not required.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
