Job Description
Lake's Septic Service and R.T. Lake Excavation are hiring a dependable CDL-B driver for a full-year, hands-on driving and labor position. Schedule & Pay $25-$40 per hour based on experience and qualifications Commission opportunities available Clear, written path to raises Optional weekend septic calls paid at double time Earn up to $80 per hour on voluntary weekend calls, based on your regular rate Typically Monday-Thursday Approximately 40-50 hours per week during peak season Occasional Fridays when needed Overtime after 40 hours Home every night Construction Season Mix of tandem dump truck and septic pump truck work Haul materials and equipment to excavation and septic job sites Pump residential septic tanks Handle hoses and locate/uncover tanks Install risers and complete site cleanup Assist with excavation and septic labor as needed Perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Off-Season / Winter Mix of CDL plow truck and septic pump truck work Plow snow and assist with snow and ice-management operations Continue residential septic pumping and service work Perform labor associated with septic service calls Requirements Valid CDL-B license and current medical card Clean driving record Comfortable operating manual transmissions Able to navigate tight residential properties Willing and able to perform physical labor Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently Experience with construction, dump trucks, septic service, trash hauling, or plowing is welcomed and may qualify you for higher starting pay Training available for the right dependable candidate About the Position Full-year opportunity with varied seasonal work Small-company, hands-on work environment Opportunity to grow with an established local septic and excavation company
