Positions Available Truck Driver Full Time, Union, Non-Exempt Summary of Duties:

Performs skilled & unskilled laboring duties involving the construction, repair, cleaning, and maintenance of streets, cemeteries, parks and other facilities, utilizing standard tools. Performs maintenance on Town Roads in vehicle with gross vehicle weight >26,000 lbs. Plows & Sands roadways. Hauls sand, gravel, hot top, salt, and snow. Clears roads of rocks, dirt, fallen limbs, trees and other fallen hazards. Works with Water, Sewer, Transfer Station, and Building Maintenance. Operates front end loader, Constructs, builds and repairs catch basins, installs culvert pipes, digs ditches, performs traffic control, executes safe work procedures, excavates grave sites and performs interments, checks operation of vehicles and performs minor maintenance as required, performs heavy laboring duties, performs tree maintenance and removal, performs other related duties as required. Requirements:

Valid CDL-B license Must be willing to work overtime during storm events, including holidays. Required to work under adverse conditions in all types of weather. The Town of Jaffrey is an equal opportunity employer. Position will remain open until filled.
