Responsibilities Provide safe, timely transportation for riders in and around Lakewood using the Lyft app Accept, manage, and complete ride requests through the Lyft mobile platform Follow GPS directions and optimize routes while complying with all traffic laws and regulations Deliver friendly, professional, and respectful customer service to all passengers Maintain a clean, presentable, and roadworthy vehicle at all times Communicate clearly with riders regarding pick-up locations and trip details via the app Adhere to Lyft's community guidelines, safety standards, and local rideshare regulations Monitor vehicle fuel, maintenance, and basic upkeep needs Use a smartphone confidently to manage rides, navigation, and in-app tools Maintain strong ratings by providing consistent, high-quality service Required Skills Safe driving and defensive driving practices Use of GPS and navigation applications Basic knowledge of Lakewood and surrounding areas Customer service and communication skills Time management and punctuality Basic smartphone and mobile app proficiency Problem-solving and route adjustment skills Vehicle upkeep and cleanliness standards Adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
