You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across designated routes Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Properly track and document activity log Report any issues or incidents to dispatch Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify any maintenance needs or safety concerns Skills Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record Experience operating manual transmission trucks Strong knowledge of freight handling, load & unload procedures Ability to operate forklifts or other loading equipment is a plus Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance Good communication skills
